Is there a way I can connect my i900 email to pop3 via wireless without getting network provider involved?

I want to connect my i900 with my current pop3 I am using on my laptop and desktop with outlook. Is there a way I can do this through wireless without involving my network provider as they are asking for £3 per 1mb of email. I have the will there must be a way??
