Should I drop out of uni and change course?

I started uni this academic year doing art and psy combined. Im enjoying the course but havent been enjoying life here generally. I've got the option to start again at a uni near my family home where all my friends, my job and my boyfriend are. I'm certain ill enjoy it more there but Im 21 already. Should I take the plunge or stick it out? How important is it that I enjoy uni?
