What happens when you break a swear on a grave?

When I was younger (around 7) I swore on some people's grave very close to me (they were still alive) I swore I wouldn't do something but I ended up continuing to do it. Will they go to hell? Will god punish them even if they didn't do anything wrong? I've prayed for forgiveness and I really regret doing that.
